At Data People Search we do not over engineer the process.  It's as simple as listening to what our clients want, providing data driven feedback from our experiences, and supporting both our clients and candidates throughout the process.

Pricing

The search industry is riddled with various pricing models, most of them mysterious and covert!  We believe that starting a successful relationship requires transparency.  And we believe that transparency build trust.  Below are our pricing models.  We'd be delighted to discuss them with you in more detail! 

Contained Search

  • Our placement fee is 20% of first year's annual salary
  • We request 20% of the estimated fee as a down payment to initiate a search
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced in equal amounts over a consecutive four (4) mont period following the candidate's start date.
  • We believe that recruiters should stay involved and be on the hook for the success of the candidates we provide.  Paying over time as you are satisfied with your hiring decision is the best way for our partnership to gel.

Hourly Rate - Job Distribution and Applicant Curation

Let us do the heavy lifting for you.  Data People Search will review and curate your applicants and send you the most promising resumes, saving you hours of tedious work. NO AI selection - only humans in the loop! 


  • Engage based on an Hourly Rate
  • A new job intake meeting will kick off the engagement.
  • We will advertise your open role on our site.  Your job will also be syndicated to several job boards, including LinkedIn.
  • Your open role will be shared with our candidate database and referral network.
  • All applicants, including any that are submitted via client's job posting will be reviewed, curated and only best fit candidates will be shared.
  • Detailed weekly status reporting provided.

Monthly Retainer - Recruiting Staff Augmentation

Leverage our team on a monthly basis to partner with you!  We can help you scale to meet short term demand through candidate recruitment and job marketing.


  • Three month minimum engagement
