The Senior Application Engineer is the trusted bridge between our client's customers and the engineering teams that build and support our solutions. Working at the intersection of Client Service, Product Development, and Development Operations, you'll own the translation of client needs into well-designed, configured, and rigorously tested  applications. You'll lead client discovery and requirements gathering, partner with internal teams on application updates, deployments, and troubleshooting, and contribute to our knowledge management repository through clear documentation and process definition. Above all, your work ensures clients realize the full value of our client's applications and achieve consistent satisfaction with our solutions. As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor junior Application Engineers, helping shape the next generation of talent.

The Project Manager is a consultative role responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of both client and internal projects; ensuring adherence to and augmentation of project delivery quality processes; collaborating with Account Manager(s) and Application Engineer(s); oversee client implementations and ongoing support needs.
